APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO SUBDIVIDER'S AGREEMENT
CHAMPIONS VILLAGES OF COUNTRY CLUB VILLAGES
BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby
approve the attached Amendment to Subdivider's Agreement for
Champions Villages of Country Club Villages subject to the
review by City personnel and approval of the City Attorney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are
authorized to execute said Amendment in the name of the City.

AMZNDMENT TO 5;TSDIVIDER'S AGREEMENT FOR
CI"I0NS VIL'LAZES 37 COURTRY CLUB VILLAGES
The €allowing is an amendment to an Agreement between The
Villages at Muskego Lakes Partnership, hereinafter called the
"SUSDIVIDER", and the CITY OF NTSKEGO, hereinafter called the
"CITY", said Agreement being dated the day of

WEEREAS, =ne SUBDIVIDER has requesced that the CITY agree io
allow for an amendment to the Subdivider's Agreement LS allow for
the iseuance of certain building permits prior to the completion
of a cammunity well system; and
WHEREAS, =he SUSDIVIDER has represented to the CITY that the
community well facility which is being cansrructe2 to serve the
area referred c3 in this Agreemsnt will be completed 29 later
than the day of , i996; and
WHEREAS, :he undersigned SUSEIVIDER has represented to the
CITY tha: it Is still che SUBDIVIDER and owner of the subdivision
referred to in the Subdivider's Agreement referred to above and
that the undersigned have full asthoriiy to execute this
amendment to the Subdivider's Agreement on behalf of The Villages
at Muskego Lakes Partnership.
NOW, THEREFORS, it is agreed as follows:
1 The Subdivijer's Agreemenc is amended to acd -,he
following:
SECTION XII. BUILDTNQ AND OCCUPANCY PEWITS
3. The SUSDIVIDER (or assignees) shall be allowed to
obtain buildins permirs for up to 50 building
permits, including 6 for model homes. grior to the
completion of a comnunity well system =c serve all
of said homes including, but not limited to,
by all applicable governmental agencies Of Said
installation, testing and operation an5 approval
commdnity well system if all of the following
conditi3ns are met
a The Subdivider's h~reement dated :he

amendment ; and
b. All ordinances, laws, rules and regulations
of all governmental agencies shall be
complied with at all times; and

accompanied by a fully executed original of
an Agreement Pertaining to Building Permits,
a copy of which is at:ached hereto, made a
part hereof anti marked Exhibit "X"; and
