CCR1996119COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEG0 RESOLUTION #119-96 APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP Janesville Road Medical Clinic WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted on April 23, 1996 Janesville Road Medical Group on Janesville Road in the NE 1/4 of to expand/reconfigure the property currently known as the Section 3; and WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval subject to the conditions outlined in Resolution #P.C. 81-96, as amended. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map to finalize an expansion/reconfiguration of the parcel located in the SE 1/4 of Medical Group. Section 3 of the property currently known as the Janesville Road BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt of all fees required by Section 18.14 of the Land Division Ordinance, any special assessments which may be due, and approval of the City Engineer.
