DISALLOWANCE OF CLAIM
Weber
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received claims from Jamie
Weber and Cynthia Weber for injuries sustained on October 1,
1995, per Notices of Claim received December 21, 1995; and
WHEREAS, these claims have been denied by the insurance company;
and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that these claims
be denied.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby disallow the claims of Jamie Weber and
Cynthia Weber for injuries sustained on October 1, 1995, per
Notices of Claim received December 27, 1995.
