CCR1996091COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEG0 RESOLUTION #91-96 RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH REGULATORY MARKERS REQUIRING SLOW, NO-WAKE SPEED (Little Muskego Lake) BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Safety Committee, and in accordance with Chapter 20.10(3) of the Municipal Code, does hereby establish that the following areas in Little Muskego Lake shall be marked with regulatory markers requiring slow, no-wake speed, subject to passage and publication of Ordinance #891: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. I. 8. One marker on each side of Otto's Island. One marker at entrance to Schubring Bay approximately 200' from shore in middle of channel. One marker at entrance to Circle Bay approximately 200' from shore. One marker at entrance to Kingston Bay approximately 200' from shore. One marker at Idle Isle approximately 30' from shore. One marker at entrance to Jewel Creek. Three markers in west side of Idle Isle Bay extending from the small island to city-owned parcel at the end of Emerald Drive, approximately 150' from shore. Four markers south of Idle Isle: one marker 100' from west west of Jaycee Island, 225' south of Idle Isle; one marker of Jaycee Island, 225' south of Idle Isle; one marker 400' 600' west of Jaycee Island, 225' south of Idle Isle; one marker east of Jaycee Island midway between island and shore markers may be removed temporarily in accordance with the along same east/west line as previous three markers.
