CCR1996084~- /”’ AMENDED ) COMBON COUNCIL - CITY OF’MUSKEGO DETERMINATION OF SUBSTANTIAL CHANGE TO RESOLUTION #84-96 ORIGINAL MEADOW GREEN OPD March 11, 1996 requesting a two (2) lot land division of Lot 1 WHEREAS, a sketch was submitted by Greg and Gloria Boehm on of the Meadow Green Subdivision (Planned Unit Development) for the purpose of creating a duplex lot in an area designated as single family; and WHEREAS, at the Plan Commission meeting of April 2, 1996 the petitioner indicated that a duplex designation for the existing residence on Lot 1 was also desired; and WHEREAS, in the opinion of the Plan Commission, such changes constitute a substantial alteration to the original Planned Unit Development of Meadow Green Subdivision and the Plan Commission recommends that the Common Council direct Greg and Gloria Boehm to petition for a public hearing before the Common Council for said change. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Coucil, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby determine constitute a substantial change to the original Planned Unit Development of Meadow Green Subdivision and does hereby direct Mr. and Mrs. Boehm to petition for a public hearing to be held before the Common Council of the City of Muskego if they wish to proceed with this request. 1 that the proposed request by Greg and Gloria Boehm does DATED THIS 9th DAY OF APRIL , 1996.
