APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted on January 25, 1996
Boxhorn Drive in the SE 1/4 of Section 23; and
to finalize a three-parcel division of the Ferrito property on
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval subject to
the conditions outlined in Resolution #P.C. 19-96, as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map to finalize a
three-parcel division of the Ferrito property on Boxhorn Drive in
the SE 1/4 of Section 23 subject to the conditions outlined by
the Plan Commission in Resolution #P.C. 19-96, as amended.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of all fees required by Section 18.14 of the Land Division
Ordinance, any special assessments which may be due, and approval
of the City Engineer. a DATED THIS 13th DAY OF FEBRUARY , 1996.

APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP CREATING THREE LOTS
OF THE FERRITO PROPERTY LOCATED IN
THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 23
(BOXHORN DRIVE)
1996, to create a three (3) lot land division located in the SE
1/4 of Section 23, and
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on January 25,
division, and
WHEREAS, A sketch was approved for a three (3) lot land
RS-2 (20,000 square foot lots) when the sewer project is
completed and said proposal appears to meet the requirements of
said Zoning District, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned R-2 and will be rezoned to
municipal sewer, and
WHEREAS, The proposed parcels are intended to be serviced by

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission, in
attributes/limitations, approve the Certified Survey Map for a
three (3) lot land division in the SE 1/4 of Section 23 of the
Ferrito Property and recommend approval to the Common Council
subject to resolution of technical discrepancies as identified 0 payment of all applicable fees in Section 18.14( 3) of the Land
by the City Engineers, City Staff and the Plan Commission and
Division Ordinance.
Map state that no further land division shall be allowed on
Parcels 1, 2, and 3.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a note on the Certified Survey

submitted prior to the issuance of any building and zoning
permits for all three parcels.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That access to parcel 3 must be
approved by the Fire Department.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That after six (6) months of
approval, the 491 square foot garage structure must be moved
from parcel 2 to parcel 3.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a sewer easement must be shown
on Parcel 1.
