0 WHEREAS, the City advertised for bids for Construction of Muskeao Well #7
Pumpstation, and- the following bids were received: -

WHEREAS, the City engineers and the Public Utilities Committee have
recommended approval of the low bid from Seater Construction Co. for
construction of Muskego Well #7 Pumpstation, subject to DNR approval of
the project, in the amount of $314,600 which is the lump sum bid price
and a $4,000 deduct for using the Ford engine instead of a Hercules
engine.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the City Engineers and the Public
Utilities Committee, does hereby accept the low bid from Seater
Construction Co. for construction of Muskego Well #7 Pumpstation in the
amount of $314,600 contingent on DNR approval of the project.
.BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized
to sign the necessary documents in the name of the City, and are
recommendation of the City Engineers.
