APPROVAL OF LEGAL LOT STATUS

WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego has been
petitioned for determination of the status of Lot #3 (Tax Key
#2285.997.003) and Lot #4 (Tax Key #2285.997.004) of Certified
Survey Map #1?3 located on the SE corner of Racine Avenue and
Kelsey Drive; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission did not approve Resolution #P.C.
and land assemblages and contrary to the goals of the
183-95 because the proposal is inconsistent with existing zoning
Comprehensive Land Use Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the request for legal status
for Lot #3 (Tax Key #2285.997.003) and Lot #4 (Tax Key
#2285.997.004) of Certified Survey Map #173 located on the SE
corner of Racine Avenue and Kelsey Drive because these lots
signed by adjoining property owners, and taxpayer's letter of
conform to existing properties in the area, petition of support
1963.
