AUTHORIZE EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF MUSKEGO AND
MEDIATION CENTER OF WAUKESHA COUNTY
WHEREAS, the Mediation Center of Waukesha County provides
communities with assistance in the resolution of community-based
disputes; and
WHEREAS, the attached Agreement between the City of Muskego and
the Mediation Center of Waukesha County would be effective for
one year commencing on January 1 and ending on December 31, 1996
for a fee of $50 per referral, billed on a quarterly basis; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval of the
Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby approve the attached Agreement, as
Waukesha County for a fee of $50 per referral to be taken from
amended, between the City of Muskego and the Mediation Center of
the Mayor's 1996 budget (Acct. No. 100.0100.3614).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized to 0 execute the Agreement in the name of the City.

THIS AGREEMENT, entered into by and between the Municipality of
