APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(De Back)
WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted on May 25, 1995 to
on Union Church Drive in the NE of Section 2 in the Town of
finalize a 3-parcel division of the Harold R. De Back property
Norway; and
WHEREAS, this property is located within the extra-territorial
jurisdiction of the City of Muskego; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map to finalize a
3-parcel division of the De Back property on Union Church Drive
in the NE of Section 2 in the Town of Norway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
Ordinance and approval of the City Engineer.
