CCR1995110COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEG0 RESOLUTION #=-95 AMENDED RELOCATION ORDER OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WAUKESHA COUNTY, WISCONSIN (Boxhorn, Ryan, Groveway Sewer Project) NOW COMES the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, by its Common Council and for its Amended Relocation Order hereby resolves as follows: 1. That this Resolution is an amendment to a Relocation Order which is Resolution #94-95 which was passed and approved on April 25, 1995; That this Resolution is an Amended Relocation Order in accordance with 532 05(1), Wisconsin Statutes, for the purposes of the within described public improvement project and it is also a determination of necessity for that project in accordance with §32.07(2), Wisconsin Statutes; That the City of Muskego hereby determines that it is a necessary and public purpose to construct sanitary sewers made a part hereof and marked Exhibits "A-1" through "A-I"; for sewer improvements as shown on the maps attached hereto, That said sanitary sewer will be built as set forth on the maps which are annexed to this Amended Relocation Order as Exhibits "A-1" through "A-I"; That the sites of said sanitary sewer are contained in Exhibits "A-1" through "A-7" which are annexed to this Amended Relocation Order; that legal descriptions to said sites are attached to this Amended Relocation Order and marked Exhibits "B-1" through "B-7"; That the City of Muskego will acquire permanent easements and other necessary temporary construction easements for sanitary sewer improvements as indicated on Exhibits "A-1" through "A-I" and "B-1" through "B-I" attached to this Amended Relocation Order Passed and approved this 7th day of June , 1995 I hereby certify that on the 7th day of June , 1995, the within Amended Relocation Order was adopted by a vote of 5 ayes to - 0 nays by the Common Council of the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin ATTEST Q&Ld h' >q 0.- JEdjK.
