CCR1995094COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO RESOLUTION #94-95 RELOCATION ORDER OF THE CITY OF MUSKEG0 WAUKESHA COUNTY, WISCONSIN (Boxhorn, Ryan, Groveway Sewer Project) NOW COMES the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, by its Common Council and for its Relocation Order hereby resolves as 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. follows: with Section 32.05 (l), Wisconsin Statutes, for the purposes That this Resolution is a Relocation Order in accordance of the within described public improvement project and it is also a determination of necessity for that project in accordance with Section 32.07 (2), Wisconsin Statutes; That the City of Muskego hereby determines that it is necessary and a public purpose to construct sanitary sewers made a part hereof and marked Exhibits “A-1 through A-1;’’ for sewer improvements as shown on the maps attached hereto, That permanent easements and other necessary temporary construction easements are necessary to build sanitary sewers as set forth on the maps which are annexed to this Relocation Order as Exhibits “A-1 through A-7” and are incorporated herein. That the sites of said permanent easements and other necessary temporary construction easements are contained in Exhibits “A-1 through A-7’’ which are incorporated herein; that the legal descriptions to said sites are attached hereto, made a part hereof and marked Exhibits “B-1 through E-7. ” That the City of Muskego will acquire permanent easements for sanitary sewer improvements and certain other necessary temporary construction easements as indicated on Exhibits “A-1 through A-7’’ and “B-1 through B-7.” PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 25th DAY OF APRIL , 1995.
