APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted on March 22, 1995
Kipling Drive and Janesville Road in the NE 1/4 of Section 1; and
to finalize a two-parcel division of the Dominski property on
1: WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval subject to
removal of the existing shed and swimming pool, that the common
subject to the condition that the property within the triangle
lot line between Parcel 1 and Parcel 2 be moved 5' to the west,
was not already determined in the square footage requirements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission
Certified Survey Map to finalize a two-parcel division of the
subject to the conditions outlined above, does hereby approve the
Dominski property on Kipling Drive and Janesville Road in the NE
1/4 of Section 1.

0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of all fees required by Section 18.14 of the Land Division
Ordinance, any special assessments which may be due, and approval I of the City Engineer.
