APPROVAL OF LEGAL LOT STATUS

WHEREAS, a petition has been submitted by Dale and Joyce LyOn for
legal lot status of Lot No. 24 of unrecorded Mill Valley
Subdivision, which is a portion of Tax Key No. 2177.973 addressed
as S64 W18903 School Drive; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval citing that
Lot No. 24 would be compatible with surrounding parcels and legal
lot status has been granted to other similar parcels in the area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby grant legal status to Lot No. 24 of unrecorded Mill
Valley Subdivision, which is a portion of Tax Key No. 2177.973
addressed as 564 W18903 School Drive.
