APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT WITH
MEDIATION CENTER OF WAUKESHA COUNTY
WHEREAS, the Mediation Center of Waukesha County provides
communities with assistance in the resolution of community-based
disputes; and
WHEREAS, the attached Agreement between the City of Muskego and
the Mediation Center of Waukesha County would be effective for
one year commencing on January 1 and ending on December 31, 1995
for a fee of $500; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended the approval of
the Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby approve the attached Agreement between the
City of Muskego and the Mediation Center of Waukesha County for a
fee of $500 to be taken from Contingency Funds.
