RENEWAL OF PROPERTY TAX ASSESSMENT AND BILLING SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH WAUKESHA COUNTY
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego currently has an agreement with
Waukesha County to provide Property Tax Assessment and Billing
Services; and
WHEREAS, that Agreement is to expire as of December 31, 1994.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to
execute the attached Agreement with Waukesha County to provide
Property Tax Assessment and Billing Service. The term of the
Agreement to be for a two-year period commencing on January 1,
1995, and expiring on December 31, 1996.

PROPERTY TAX ASSESSMENT AND BILLING
This Agreement is entered into this - day of , 1994. by
and between Waukesha County, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred
to as the County, located at 515 W Moreland Blvd,, Waukesha, Wi 53188, and
the City of Muskego, hereinafter referred to as the Municipality, located at
P 0 Box 903, Muskego, WI 53150
Statutes Section 66 30, which permits intergovernmental cooperation for
public purposes
The authority for this agreement is that contained in the Wisconsin
services to assist the local Municipality in the preparation of assessment
By this agreement, the County proposes to provide data processing

1 The County proposes to provide the following services to the
