APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MUSKEG0
AND SEWRPC FOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANCE REGARDING RLF
LOAN FOR SPECTRUM ALUMINUM FINISHING
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has adopted a Revolving Loan Fund
(RLF) Plan; and
WHEREAS, Southeastern Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission
(SEWRPC) has proposed to assist businesses interested in
applying for an RLF loan following approval of an applicant’s
pre-application form being approved by the Finance Committee and
Common Council; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee and Common Council have approved
a pre-application and loan application for Spectrum Aluminum
Finishing; and
WHEREAS, the attached Agreement between the City of Muskego and
administration of the RLF loan to Spectrum Aluminum
SEWRPC outlines the assistance that SEWRPC will provide in the
Finishing and has been recommended by the Finance Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby approve the attached agreement between
the City of Muskego and SEWRPC for administration of the City‘s
Revolving Loan Fund loan to Spectrum Aluminum Finishing, with
the total cost not to exceed $2,000.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to execute said contract on behalf of the City.
