RESOLUTION #137-94
ESTABLISHING YEARLY CHARGE FOR METERED USERS
IN ACCORDANCE WITH SEWER UTILITY ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, CHAPTER 21.13(l)(e) of the Municipal Code, the "Sewer
Utility" Ordinance, states that the City shall establish a
yearly charge for each metered user to recover its costs for
readings, records and billing costs, and
WHEREAS, The Public Utilities Committee has recommended that
the Utilities Department read the meters of the metered sewer
users four times per year at "0" dollars and cents, and
WHEREAS, The Public Utilities Committee has recommended that the
charge for seal installation be $10.00.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Utilities
Committee, does hereby establish no charge for each metered
user.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a charge of $10.00 is hereby
established for seal installation.
