APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT TO PAY FOR
AND THE SENIOR CITIZENS HOUSING DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
MUNICIPAL SERVICES BETWEEN THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
OF MUSKEGO, INC.
WHEREAS, the Muskego Senior Citizens Housing Development
Corporation of Muskego, Inc., a Washington, D.C. non-stock,
non-profit corporation, has petitioned the City to amend the
housing development; and
zoning map of the City of Muskego for a proposed senior citizens
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego and the Muskego Senior Citizens
Housing Development Corporation of Muskego, Inc. are both
desirous of entering into an Agreement to pay for the municipal
services associated with said development.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Municipal Services Between the City of Muskego and the Senior
Committee, does hereby approve the attached Agreement to Pay for
Citizens Housing Development Corporation of Muskego, Inc.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized to
execute said Agreement in the name of the City.

AGREEMENT TO PAY FOR MUNICIPAL SERVICES
THIS AGREEMENT made this day of , 1994,
by and between THE SENIOR HOUSING DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION OF
MUSKEGO, INC., a Washington, D.C. Non-Stock and Non-Profit
Corporation, hereinafter referred to as "SENIOR CITIZENS
HOUSING", and the CITY OF MUSKEGO, a Wisconsin Municipal
Corporation, hereinafter referred to as "CITY."
WHEREAS, SENIOR CITIZENS HOUSING is a non-profit
project in the CITY; and
organization desiring to operate a senior citizens housing
WHEREAS, it is possible that the SENIOR CITIZENS HOUSING at
some point in the future will purchase real estate within the
CITY; and
WHEREAS, SENIOR CITIZENS HOUSING is a civic-minded
organization and is desirous of paying its fair share for
municipal services; and
WHEREAS, the CITY is desirous of establishing an amount
with which SENIOR CITIZENS HOUSING shall pay for municipal
services.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained
herein, the parties hereto agree as follows:
