TANK REMOVAL - PARKS HEADQUARTERS SITE
ACCEPTANCE OF QUOTES
WHEREAS, quotes have been obtained as follows for removal of the
storage fuel tanks project at the Parks Headquarters Building:
Part #1 - Fixed costs for removal of tanks and pumps and a tank
closure site assessment plan to comply with State of Wisconsin
law.

WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the quote
submitted by Northern Environmental for Part #1 at a cost of

Petroleum Equipment) be accepted.
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has determined that this project
would be funded with existing borrowed funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby accept the quotes of Northern
Environmental for Part #1 at a cost of $5,750 and Part #2 at a
project at the Parks Headquarters Building.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized to execute the necessary legal documents in the name
of the City, upon approval of the City Attorney.
