RESOLUTION #240-93
RESOLUTION INDICATING CITY'S PRESENT INTENT
TO APPROVE THE CONCEPT OF RS-Z/OPD ZONING
Plum Creek Addition #1
WHEREAS, the developers of Plum Creek, Plum Creek Addition #1 and
Plum Creek East have petitioned the Council to rezone property
located in the SW 1/4 of Section 17 from RS-2 to RS-2/0PD to
allow for development of Plum Creek Addition #l; and
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to indicate its present intention of
approving the concepts which so far have been presented by the
developers of Plum Creek, Plum Creek Addition #1 and Plum Creek
East and wishes to defer acting on the rezoning until all
requirements of the City's ordinances pertaining to planned unit
developments have been met.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby indicate its present intention that
developers of Plum Creek, Plum Creek Addition #1, and Plum Creek
it approves of the concept of the project proposed by the
East and defers acting on the rezoning request until all
requirements of the City's ordinances pertaining to planned unit
developments have been met.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this deferral is with the agreement
of the petitioner.
