AUTHORIZE EXECUTION OF DOCUMENT
GRANTING EASEMENT TO WEPCO
WHEREAS, Wisconsin Electric Power Co. has requested an eight foot
easement which will run through Denoon Park to allow installation
of underground services; and
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Board have reviewed and
recommended approval; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has also recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby authorize the execution of document
granting an eight foot easement to Wisconsin Electric Power Co.
which will run through Denoon Park to allow installation of
underground services.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized to
execute said document in the name of the City.

The easement area Is a part of grantor's land described as a strip of land 8 feet in width being part of Outlet 1, Lake Meadows,
of Muskego, Waukesha Co., Wl.
and made a part of this document.
The location of the easement area with respect to the grantor's land is as shown on the anached drawing, marked Exhibit 'A'
7. Purpose: The purpose of this easement is to install, operate, maintain and replace underground utility facilities, conduit
and cables, 1, together with all necessary and appurtenant equipment under and above
ground, as deemed necessary by grantees, all to transmit electric energy, signals and telecommunication and telephone
service. Branches and roots may be trimmed or removed so as not to interfere with grantees' use of the easement area.
