FINAL RESOLUTION LEVYING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS AGAINST
BENEFITTED PROPERTIES AND WAIVING OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENT
NOTICES AND HEARINGS UNDER §66.60(18)
(Kelly Drive Properties - Sewer and Water)
WHEREAS, Russel Kilps, hereinafter referred to as "Developer,"
the property listed below and dedicating the same to the City
is installing sewer and/or water mains across the frontage of

WHEREAS, the undersigned acceptors of this Resolution own the
property described in Paragraph 2 below which is benefitted by
said sewer and/or water main installations and which makes
sewer and/or water services available to said properties; and
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego wishes for the Developer to
install and pay for the entire sewer and/or main installations
of the cost represented by the amount of the assessments stated
(the City of Muskego to reimburse the Developer for the portion
below) and dedicate the same to the City of Muskego.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
