APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
Rufus Lowe Subdivision
WHEREAS, a Preliminary Plat for Rufus Lowe Subdivision, a Seven
single family lot subdivision, with one outlot, in the NE 1/4 of
Section 18, was submitted on January 27, 1993; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
Preliminary Plat and will be receptive to a Final Plat being
submitted subject to the conditions specified in Resolution
#P.C. 24-93.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Preliminary Plat of Rufus Lowe
Subdivision, a seven single family lot subdivision, with one
outlot, in the NE 1/4 of Section 18.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the submittal fee and favorable reports from all approving
0 and objecting agencies.

THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 18 FOR RUFUS LOWE
WHEREAS, A Preliminary Plat was submitted on January 27,
1993, by Johnson Engineering for Rufus Lowe, to divide property
one outlot.
in the NE 1/4 of Section 18 into seven single family lots and
WHEREAS, The property was granted Concept Zoning for
RS-1/OPD through Common Council Resolution #296-92 and a Sketch
205-92A, and
for the Land Division was approved through Resolution #P.C.
WHEREAS, The sketch was approved subject to the lot layout
meeting the requirements of the RS-1/OPD Zoning District, and
WHEREAS, The Preliminary Plat substantially conforms to the
previously approved sketch wherein the lots meet the minimum
size and width requirements of the RS-1/OPD Zoning District
requirements.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Preliminarv Plat for Rufus Lowe Subdivision in the NE 1/4 of
0 Section 18 and-will be receptive to a Final Plat being submitted
subject to:
