MANAGEMENT AND OTHER NON-REPRESENTED EMPLOYEES
OF THE CITY OF MUSKEG0

WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval of an
Amendment to the Personnel Code for Management and Other
Non-Represented Employees of the City of Muskego for the period
January 1, 1993 to December 31, 1995.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council Of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby approve the attached Amendment to the
Personnel Code For Management and Other Non-Represented
Employees of the City of Muskego for the period January 1, 1993
to December 31, 1995 as amended.

ARTICLE IV - RETIREMENT PROGRAM
4.01 - Increase pension contribution of those non-represented
with the 1993-95 AFSCME settlement.

deleted from the Public Works/Utilities Agreement and added to

ARTICLE IX - HOLIDAYS
9.01 - Delete New Year's Eve Day Holiday and add One Floating
Holiday for non-represented employees in the Clerk's and
Treasurer's Offices.
ARTICLE X - OVERTIME
10.01 - Overtime is paid for all hours over 40 per week - not
"regular shift of hours".
10.02 Add: Compensatory time off may be accumulated, but not
in excess of 60 hours at any one time.

Personnel Code): Parks Director will receive overtime for any

ARTICLE XVII - INSURANCE
