CCR1992299COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEG0 RESOLUTION #299-92 APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP Stichmann WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted on November 13, 1992 to finalize a three-parcel division of the Harlow Stichmann property on Green Ridge Trail and Martin Drive in the SW 1/4 of Section 3; and WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval subject to the following notes being placed on the face of the Certified Survey Map: 1.) No city maintenance of the dedicated right-of-way will be provided until the right-of-way is improved to city standards. 2.) The proportionate cost of the improvements necessary to be borne by the property owners (Lot 1 and Lot 2) bring the right-of-way up to city street standards will benefiting from the improvements. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map to finalize a three-parcel division of the Harlow Stichmann property on Green Ridge Trail and Martin Drive in the SW 1/4 of Section 3 subject to the above notes being placed on the Certified Survey Map.
