PETITION TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTIES TO
IMPLEMENT THE COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN
AMENDED
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego adopted a
Comprehensive Land Use Plan on September 15, 1992; and
WHEREAS, in order to proceed with the implementation of the
Comprehensive Land Use Plan, and upon the recommendation of the
Comprehensive Land Use Plan adopted by the Plan Commission must
Plan Commission, rezoning of the lands recommended by the
be petitioned for.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby petition for rezoning of the properties
designated on Exhibits A-1 and A-2.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a Public Hearing will be held on
October 19, 1992 at 7:OO P.M. and the City shall attempt to
within 300' of all commercial and industrial rezonings, in
notify the affected property owners and those property owners
writing, of the Public Hearing to consider said rezonings.
Failure to receive a notice does not affect the validity of the
proceedings.
