RESOLUTION #211-92
APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
DE BACK
WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted on August 12, 1992
of Enterprise Drive in the SE 1/4 of Section 17; and
to finalize a one parcel division of the De Back property at end
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval subject to
the extension of Enterprise Drive with a replacement of the
Cul-de-sac and that no further land divisions are permitted for
the residentially zoned RS-2 portion of the property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map to finalize a one
parcel division of the of the De Back property at end of
Enterprise Drive in the SE 1/4 of Section 17, subject to the
extension of Enterprise Drive with a replacement of the
Cul-de-sac and that no further land divisions are permitted for
the residentially zoned RS-2 portion of the property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that approval Of the Certified Survey Map
is subject to an agreement that assures the City that Enterprise
Drive will be improved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
Ordinance and approval of the City Engineer,
of all fees required by Section 10 of the Land Division
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that approval of the Certified Survey Map
is subject to a statement being placed on the face of the map
divided, but that does not restrict a division of the industrial
that the residential portion of this parcel cannot be further
zoned portion of land in accordance with the zoning regulations.
