RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
Wisconsin, as follows:
That since the public interest requires it, the whole of the
Wisconsin, be and is hereby discontinued and vacated as a
following described real estate in the City of Muskego,
street, to wit:
That part of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 4, Town 5 North,
Range 20 East, City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, bounded
and described as follows:
That part of Crest Drive lying between Block 1 and Block 2 of Jewel
Crest Subdivision bounded by Pearl and Gold Drives commencing at the
southern corner of Lot 1, Block 1, Jewel Crest Subdivision, thence N
thence S 15O W totalling 504.9 feet, thence N 0' E totalling
15' E totalling 360.00 feet, thence N 65O W totalling 40 feet,
155.15 feet to the point of beginning. 0
That the street discontinued and vacated by this Resolution is
designated in red on a map hereto annexed, made a part hereof
and marked Exhibit "A. 'I

The following Resolution, having been introduced in the Common
Council of the City of Muskego, Wisconsin, at a meeting of said
Council, held June 23, 1992 in the Council Room, at City
Hall, Muskego, Wisconsin to wit:
"BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
Wisconsin, as follows:
That since the public interest requires it, the whole of the

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED by said Common Council, that a
hearing on the passage of said Resolution be held at a meeting
of said Common Council at the Council Room, City Hall, Muskego,
Wisconsin on the llTH day of AUGUST , 1992, at
7:15 P.M.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Notice of the Hearing on said
Resolution be published in the Muskeqo Sun as a Class 3
Notice; and that, in addition, Notice of said hearing be served
on the owners of all of the frontage of the lots and lands
abutting on said real estate herein before described sought to
be vacated, and discontinued, as a street, in the manner
provided for the service of summons in Circuit Court at least
thirty (30) days before said hearing.
