APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted on January 20,
property off of Parker Drive in the NE 1/4 of Section 29, and
1992 to finalize a one-parcel division of the Harold DeBack
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval subject to

Drive in the NE 1/4 of Section 29 subject to the property owners
submitting a name for the dedicated right-of-way (street) to be
reviewed by the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
