OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
TO DISCONTINUE AND VACATE
A ROAD RESERVATION IN THE
CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN
RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Resolution #loo-91 was not finalized, as the
contingencies were not removed.
NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, Wisconsin, as follows:
That since the public interest requires it, the whole of the
following described real estate in the City of Muskego,
Wisconsin, be and is hereby discontinued and vacated as a
street, to wit: 0
ALL THAT PART OF NE1/4 SEC 5 T5N R20E DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
THE NORTHERLY 62.411 FT ROAD RESERVATION ABUTTING PARCELS A AND
B CSM 2447 RECORDED V17/324 11/75
That the street discontinued and vacated by this Resolution is
designated in red on a map hereto annexed, made a part hereof
and marked Exhibit "A. 'I
That title to the street hereby discontinued shall revert to and
vest in the owners of Parcel B of Certified Survey Map No.
