BUILDING CODE PERMIT FEES
AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 30
WHEREAS, Chapter 30, Section 30.05(8), of the Municipal Code
provides that fees for permits required by this Chapter shall be
as from time to time established by resolution of the Common
Council; and
WHEREAS, the Public Safety Committee has recommended approval of
the attached amendments to Chapter 30.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Safety
Committee, does hereby amend Table 1, Chapter 30, as attached.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the attached fees are in effect as
of the date of adoption of this resolution.

of the exterior walls from the top of the footing to the
average height of the roof.
NOTE: In determining costs, all construction shall be included
with the exception of heating, air conditioning,
electrical or plumbing work.
