RESOLUTION #21-92
AUTHORIZE EXECUTION OF THE 1992 LABOR AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT
AND THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
WHEREAS, a settlement has been reached between the negotiators
for the City of Muskego and the negotiators for the employees of
the Public Works Department; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has reviewed the agreement and
recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby approve the attached Settlement Agreement
between the employees of the Public Works Department and the
City of Muskego for the period of January 1, 1992 through
December 31, 1992.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby
.# 0- authorized to execute the amended iabor agreement.

1992 PUBLIC WORKS SETTLEMENT
ONE YEAR CONTRACT
ARTICLE V, WAGES & BENEFITS
5.01 Salary Increase of 5%
ARTICLE XVII - INSURANCE
Section 17.01 and 17.02 to be replaced with the following:
17.01 The Employer shall provide hospital and surgical
during the term of this Agreement. insurance, major medical, outpatient, and diagnostic
