APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
Settler's Creek
WHEREAS, a Preliminary Plat for Settler's Creek, a 18-lot
October 18, 1991, and
subdivision in the NE 1/4 of Section 11, was submitted on
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
Preliminary Plat subject to the option of adding acreage for
park space from Lots 10 and 11 with the minimum remaining lot
size to be 40,000 square feet for each lot; recording access for
Lot 18; deed restrictions for Lot 1 to assure no direct access

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Preliminary Plat of Settler's Creek, a
18-lot subdivision in the NE 1/4 of Section 11, subject to the
City's option of adding acreage for park space from Lots 10 and
11 with the minimum remaining lot size to be 40,000 square feet
Lot 1 to assure no direct access from Durham; and the Park Board
for each lot; recording access for Lot 18; deed restrictions for
determining the location for a bike path.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the submittal fee and favorable reports from all approving
and objecting agencies.
