RESOLUTION AS TO WATER ASSESSMENT OF GRAVES PROPERTY
0 WHEREAS, Frederick and Marilyn Graves are owners of the
following described real estate:

WHEREAS, said real estate is subject to the lien of the
following described special assessment as of the 22nd day of
October, 1991 plus interest:
Water Main Front Foot 150 L.F. $ 2,517.00
Water Service 2 e 874.49 1.748.98
Deferred Frontage 650 L.F. 10;907,00
$15,172.98
and
WHEREAS, the above named owners are in the Drocess of dividina

said lands which affects the deferred portibn of the assessment;
WHEREAS, the owners wish to pay only the 280' portion of the
deferred front foot water assessment plus water service due on
with the balance of the deferred remaining deferred and the 150
the parcel being sold, in full, described on Exhibit A as Lot 1,
L.F. assessment and one water service remaining due on the ten

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City
of Muskego as follows:
1. The owners shall give the City satisfactory evidence of sole
ownership of all the lands in question and the right to
divide such assessments as proposed, and
2. The lands shall be divided and all appropriate documents
making such division shall be filed and recorded, and
3. $5,572.89 plus interest shall be paid to the City upon
acceptance of this agreement by all the owners to satisfy
the lien of assessment and assessment for the front foot
water assessment and water service on Lot 1 described on
Exhibit A, and 0 4. That the assessment on 150' of the lands described in this
Resolution for front foot water assessment and water service
shall be $3,391.49 plus interest and shall continue to be
paid on installments, and

5. That the deferred assessment on the lands described in this
Resolution for front foot water assessment shall be reduced
from 650 L.F. to 370 L.F., and said 370 L.F. shall remain
deferred in accordance with Final Resolution $199-91, and
6. Frederick and Marilyn Graves hereby waive all legal notices
required to amend or change special assessments and agree to
this special assessment without further action by the City,
and
7. All of the owners of the property described in this
and Marilyn Graves and if the Resolution is not accepted on
Resolution at the time of its acceptance shall be Frederick

0. That the WCA (Water Capacity Assessment) remains on all of
the property described in this Resolution and all properties
