RESOLUTION AS TO LAND OFFERED TO THE CITY
BY WAUKESHA COUNTY
BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego
does hereby take the following action relative to properties
offered to the City for payment of back taxes and cost of
appraisal:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of a title commitment satisfactory to the City of Muskego and
approved by the City Attorney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to execute the necessary legal documents in the name of the City
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the cost of the purchase shall be
charged to the Capital Projects Borrowed Money Account to be
reimbursed at the time of the sale of the land.
