RESOLUTION #160-91
APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(Barker Homes -- Eiche)
WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted on June 11, 1991
Lannon Drive in the SW 1/4 of Section 10, and
to create a one parcel division of the Doug Eiche property on
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval subject to
the full dedication for Parkland Drive right-of-way through the
Eiche property from the south lot line of this parcel to Woods
Road, subject to a developer‘s agreement and letter of credit
being submitted and approved for the public improvements for
this property, and subject to an additional 10‘ easement to
facilitate the proposed bike path/walkway.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map to create a parcel
of land located in the SW 1/4 of Section 10 subject to the
30-foot dedication for Parkland Drive right-of-way along the
proposed park property and full 60-foot dedication south of the
Park to the south boundary of the Eiche property, and subject to
path/walkway . an additional 10-foot easement to facilitate the proposed bike
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of all fees required by Section 10 of the Land Division
Ordinance and approval of the City Engineer.
