RESOLUTION #159-91
APPROVAL OF REVISED PRELIMINARY PLAT
(Country Brook Estates -- Miller)
WHEREAS, a revised Preliminary Plat for Don Miller, a 54-lot
subdivision in the SE 1/4 of Section 16, was submitted on May 1,
1991, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
revised Preliminary Plat subject to a plan being submitted in
conjunction with the final plat that shows the berms along Woods
preserve the berm be placed in the developer's deed restrictions.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the submittal fee and favorable reports from all approving
and objecting agencies and subject to a plan being submitted in
conjunction with the final plat that shows the berms along Woods
Road, and that the requirement to install, maintain, and
preserve the berm be placed in the developer's deed restrictions.
