EXECUTIVES ASSOCIATION PUBLIC PROTECTION SERVICES STUDY
APPROVAL OF PARTICIPATION IN WAUKESHA COUNTY MUNICIPAL
WHEREAS, the Waukesha County Municipal Executives Association is
interested in pursuing a cost of services study for law
and
enforcement provided by Waukesha County to unincorporated areas,
WHEREAS, it is intended that all cities and villages in Waukesha
County share a proportional share of the costs of the study, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended participation in
the study at a cost of $1,595.41 to be paid from Acct.
#lOO.U100.3613 in 1991, subject to approval of the 1991 budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Waukesha County Municipal Executives Association public
Committee, does hereby approve of the City's participation in the
protection services study at a cost of $1,595.41.
0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign the necessary documents in the name of the
City.
