Mr. Kozey's Fertified Survey Map is submitted as a partial division of
the proposedlBreann Ridge Subdivision in order to allow development to
continue while MMSD considers sewer installations.
Private lateials,which have been approved by the sewer committee, kill
be installedlfor these 2 lots.
Because the utility installations will be private laterals and because
each lot hasldirect access to a dedicated R.O.W. (Parkland Dr.), a
developers agreement is not required.
Mr. Kozey isipresently working with our department to draft a developers
agreement. The agreement will cover all the required improvements for
the proposed:Breann Ridge Subdivision. It will be submitted with the
Final Plat fbr your approval.
