AMENDMENT TO FINAL RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
INSTALLATION OF WATER IMPROVEMENTS AND LEVYING SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS AGAINST BENEFITED PROPERTY
(Park/Lake Drives h Richards Lane Water Project)

WHEREAS, Final Resolution #109-90 was adopted May 8, 1990, and
WHEKEAS, the Public Utilities Committee has recommended that the
assessment roll be amended to remove the front foot assessment
for Assmt. No. 10 (Tax Key 2193.040) for Mary Coleman since it
would be more cost effective to have this property connected to
water at the time water is installed on Lannon Drive, and
WHEREAS, the owners of Tax Key 1/2198.986 have signed a Waiver of
Special Assessment Notices and Hearings Under Sec. 66.60(18) Wis.
Stats., and have agreed to the levying of the special assessment
against their property as further detailed in the attached
Waiver, and
WHEREAS, all other remaining sections of Final Resolution #109-90
shall remain unchanged unless specifically amended by this
Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Utilities
Committee, does hereby amend Final Resolution #109-90 by removing
Tax Key #2193.040.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Final Resolution i1109-90 is further
amended to add the assessment against Tax Key 112198.986 in the
amount of $2,858.69, as further stated on the attached Waiver.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all remaining sections of the Final
Resolution i/109-90 shall remain unchanged unless specifically
amended by this Resolution.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Engineers Report and Assessment
Roll shall be amended accordingly.

" WAIVER OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENT NOTICES AND HEARINGS
UNDER SEC. 66.60(18), WIS. STATS.

and one (1) lateral @ $469.19 for a total of $2,858.69.
benefit our below described property in the City of Muskego, and
I/We the undersigned, hereby admit that this improvement will
consent to' the levying of special assessments against our
premises under Sec. 66.60, Wis. Stats., for the cost of this
improvement.
In accordance with sec. 66.60(18), Wis. Stats., we hereby waive
all special assessment notices and hearings required by sec.

I/We acknowledge that the assessment of $ $2,858.69 may be paid
annual installments to the City Treasurer, installment payments
in cash in,full on or before November 1, IS-, or in ten (10)
to bear interest at the rate of 8.0 % per annum on the unpaid
balance commencing on November 1,990 , and said first
installment being due on the date when real estate taxes are due
and annually thereafter. All assessments or installments which
are not paid by the date specified shall be extended upon the tax
roll as a delinquent tax against the property and all proceedings
in relation to the collection, return and sale of property for
delinquent real estate taxes shall apply to such special
assessment, except as otherwise provided by statute.
