APPROVAL OF EASEMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF MUSKEGO,
MUSKEGO CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, AND LINCOLN STATE BANK
(City Entrance Sign)
WHEREAS, Lincoln State Bank wishes to convey an easement to the
City of Muskego and the Muskego Chamber of Commerce for the
purpose of constructing and maintaining a City entrance sign, as
attached, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval of the
easement agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby approve the easement agreement, as
attached, for the purpose of constructing and maintaining a City
entrance sign.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign the necessary documents in the name of the
City.

under the laws of the State of Wisconsin, hereinafter referred to Lincoln State Bank, a corporation duly organized and existing
as Grantor, for valuable consideration, does hereby grant and
convey to the Muskego Chamber of Commerce, a non-profit corporation
organized and existing under the laws of the State of Wisconsin,
and the City of Muskego, a municipal corporation, hereinafter
referred to as Grantees, an easement for the purpose of
constructing and maintaining a sign upon and across the following
described real property located in the City of Muskego, Waukesha
County, Wisconsin, to-wit:

in the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin,
bounded and described as follows: Commencing at the
Northwest corner of said Nw 1/4 Section: thence N 88' 21'
