CCR1990180COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO RESOLUTION 81 80-90 APPROVAL OF EASEMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF MUSKEGO, MUSKEGO CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, AND LINCOLN STATE BANK (City Entrance Sign) WHEREAS, Lincoln State Bank wishes to convey an easement to the City of Muskego and the Muskego Chamber of Commerce for the purpose of constructing and maintaining a City entrance sign, as attached, and WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval of the easement agreement. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve the easement agreement, as attached, for the purpose of constructing and maintaining a City entrance sign.
