CCR1990167COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEG0 RESOLUTION H167-90 APPROVAL OF TEMPORARY HABITATION OF A TRAILER (Michael Laack) WHEREAS, an application for Permit for Temporary Habitation of a Trailer has been received from Michael Laack for his property addressed W125 S9738 North Cape Road, and WHEREAS, the $25.00 inspection fee and $50.00 permit fee have been received. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby grant the request of Michael Laack to occupy a trailer from July 6, 1990 to December 6, 1990 on the property addressed W125 S9738 North Cape Road, subject to approval by the Director of Planning and Development. A Six Month Permit Fee of $50.00 shall be submitted at the time the Permit is granted Renewal for an additional six month period may be granted by the Cormon Council, not to exceed a maximum of one renewal period. One nonth prior to the expiration of the six month permit, a approval. A $50.00 Six Month Renewal Fee shall be submitted at request for renewal must be submitted to the City Clerk for Council the time the Renewal is granted.
