APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT OF SALE
(Herriot-Gruenwald Joint Venture- Industrial Park Addn.)
BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the City's broker and the Finance
Committee, does hereby approve the Amendment to Contract of Sale
(Herriot-Gruenwald Joint Venture - Industrial Park Addn.) as
follows: (1) Buyer to provide an additional earnest money
deposit of $9,000 to reflect their continued interest in the
property; and (2) Herriot-Gruenwald Joint Venture (Buyer) to
assign their interest in this Offer to Purchase to Orchard
Investments, Inc. prior to the date set for closing.
