CCR1990143COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEG0 RESOLUTION hl43-90 AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF MUSKEG0 AND AMERITECH INFORMATION SYSTEMS (E-91 1) WHEREAS, Resolution 1/56-88, adopted March 22, 1988, approved the City's participation in the county-wide 911 emergency phone system, and WHEREAS, the consolidated dispatch effort has been determined to not be cost effective for the City of Muskego, and WHEREAS, Ameritech Information Systems has submitted various payment plans for the implementation of a E-911 telephone system, and WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the City purchase the necessary telephone equipment with maintenance of the system for a period of five years at a cost of $76,943.85. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Muskego, upon the the agreement between Ameritech Information Systems and the City recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby authorize period of five years at a cost of $76,943.85, subject to review of Muskego for the E-911 telephone system with maintenance for a and review by the City Attorney and Mayor. t BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Police Chief is authorized to sign the necessary documents in the name of the City after I approval of the City Attorney and Mayor.
