BETWEEN INGERSOLL CABLE CORPORATION AND CITY OF MUSKEG0
RESOLUTION CONSENTING TO ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, it has been requested that the City of Muskego
indicate its consent to assignment of the lease between Ingersoll Cable Corp., now known as Ingersoll Industries, Inc.,
and the City of Muskego dated March 12, 1985, with amendment to
legal description on April 24, 1990, to Warner Cable
Communications, Inc., and
WHEREAS, the Public Welfare Committee has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. That the City of Muskego hereby consents to said
assignment of lease to Warner Cable Communications,
Inc.; and
2. That this consent does not release in any manner any
known as Ingersoll Industries, Inc., to the City of
responsibilities of Ingersoll Cable Corporation, now
Muskego.
