RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH WAUKESHA
COUNTY DATA PROCESSING AGREEMENT
upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby
BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign the attached Agreement with
Waukesha County for Data Processing Services.

PROPERTY TAX ASSESSMENT AND BILLING
This Agreement is entered into this - day of
and between Waukesha County, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred
to as the County, located at 515 W. Moreland Blvd., Waukesha, Wi. 53188, and
the City of Muskego, hereinafter referred to as the Municipality, located at

1. The County Proposes to provide the below listed services to the
Municipality.
A. The Information Systems office will provide programs and
computer time to enable the Municipality to, from their location and for

B. The Countv Treasurer's office will:
provide a delinquent personal property worksheet.
maintain prior year delinquent message for real property.
provide a billing parameter worksheet.
post special assessments to be placed on the tax bill.
provide edits and lists of the posted special assessments.
enter the tax rates to be used for tax billing.
provide a list of tax rates used.
calculate the tax bills and provide calculation audit
print tax bills in either tax key sequence or owner's name
listing.
provide lists and labels for mortgage holders, that have
