RESOLUTION #4-90
AND RELOCATION EXPERT TO CARRY OUT THE RESOLUTION OF NECESSITY
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE HIRING OF AN APPRAISER
(Lake/Park Drives and Richards Lane Water Project)
KNOWN AS RESOLUTION #3-90
WHEREAS, The City of Muskego has passed a Resolution of Necessity
known as Resolution #3-90, and
WHEREAS, the hiring of an appraiser and relocation expert may be
necessary to carry out this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the City Attorney in
consultation with the Mayor to hire the firm of Transfer Realty
Services as appraisers for this project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney in consultation
with the Mayor may hire the firm of Draheim and Associates of
Green Bay as relocation experts in this matter for the purposes
and for negotiating the purchase of the lands necessary for this
of dealing with any relocation problems involved in the project
project.
