RESOLUTION OF NECESSITY
(Lake/Park Drives and Richards Lane Water Project)
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WAUKESHA COUNTY,
WISCONSIN, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
1. That this Resolution is a resolution of necessity in
accordance with §32.06(1) and 32.07(2), Wisconsin
Statutes, relating to the within-described public
improvement project;
2. That it is hereby determined that it is necessary for
the City of Muskego to acquire easements for the
installation of water improvements;
3. That it is also necessary, in the furtherance of the
above stated public purpose, for the City of Muskego to
acquire easements to the following described real
estate:
SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT "1" CONSISTING
OF A LEGAL DESCRIPTION AND MAP
4. That the City of Muskego will acquire, by condemnation
in accordance with Chapter 32, Wisconsin Statutes, if
necessary, the above-described interest in the above
and from any and all other persons or entities who may
described real estate from the record owners thereof,
have a record interest in said real estates.
That the hereon Resolution was passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Muskego this - day of mIv ,
1990, by a vote of 7 ayes and 0 nays.

All that part of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 9, T5N, MOL, City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, being a 20 ft.
wide strip of land the centerline of which is more fully described as fallows:
Commencing at the East Quarter corner of said Section 9;
thence South along the East line of said Section 9, 109.70 Ft., to the centerline of CTH "L" (Janesville Road); thence
S63O21'W along said centerline 916.50 Ft,; thence N17°09'W,
as Tax Key Number 2193.975; thence continuing N17°09'W,
1131.62 et. to the Southwest corner of the property known
along the We~t line of said property 72.70 Ft. to the place of beginning; thence S49D19'53"E, 30.97 Ft. ; thence
property and the place of termination. Said place of S85°0brll"~, 80.21 Ft. to a point on the East line of said
