APPROVAL OF LEGAL LOT STATUS

WHEREAS, a petition has been submitted by Robert Pelzmann, as
agent for Mike Lilach, for legal lot status for a lot in the NE
1/4 of Section 15 on Bay Lane Place identified as Tax Key
n2217.958, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
NE 1/4 of Section 15 on Bay Lane Place identified as Tax Key
Commission, does hereby grant legal lot status to a lot in the
#2217.958 for Mike Lilach.

parcel, 2217. 958.
?!r. Lilach has paid front footage sewer assessments on tkis lot and
there is a riser to provide sewer service to.it. :-le are requesting
that the south 30' x 41' piece of this parcel be attached to Mr. Lilach's
present lot at 573 W16291 Bay Lane Place as this is currently used as
piece for a drive-way to Bay Lane Place. Please see attached sketch.
